Our Service Standards

We aim to call the client within 15 minutes of receiving claim details. These can be submitted online, by telephone or by fax.

If a replacement vehicle is required we aim to provide same within 4 hours of confirmation that the claim is approved.

Once the claim is running we progress updates every 48 hours, with the customer being updated where necessary.

If an engineer’s inspection is required we instruct immediately, with inspections being completed within 48 hours.

If the vehicle is repairable we could, if required, contact the clients own insurance company to advise them of the incident, in order that repairs can be instructed.

We operate a full uninsured loss recovery service including policy excess, loss of earnings and other miscellaneous costs.

We offer access to a legal advisor and clients will get access to a solicitor in the event of injury (clients are not tied to any legal loan agreements or conditional fee agreements).
